Experience:

I have 14 years of teaching experience at the elementary level and have been a counselor for 8 years. 

 

About Me:

I am originally from Henderson, Kentucky.(GO CATS!) I moved in 2006 to Jasper, Indiana where I currently reside. My oldest daughter Taylor works at Cedar Crest Elementary School, my son-in-law is a Lineman for Dubois County REC, and my youngest daughter Emma is a student at Jasper High School. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in education with a focus in math from Murray State University and my Master's Degree in Counseling from Western Kentucky University. I enjoy spending time with my family and doing any outdoor activities.

 

What I Love Most about School Counseling:

Being a school counselor is an amazing position. I get to build relationships with all students in our building. It brings me so much joy to watch them grow and get a sense of who they are as a person
